The Charms Music Office Assistant represents nearly 6000 hours of design, programming, and testing. It is an all-encompassing office assistant, ready to go to work when you are. It will keep track of all your students, their parents and their uniforms. It will help you manage your fund raising projects throughout the year. It will organize and make sense of your music library, and keep track of your inventory. Charms knows who turned in their form, and who paid their fees. Charms can keep a running balance of your activity fund and booster club accounts. Charms will keep track of all your special events on an on-line calendar - available to all your students and parents over the Internet. You can e-mail all your students at once from inside Charms. If you teach in Texas, Charms will fill out, print, and submit your UIL forms.

American Classic Music Festivals & Tours was founded in 1989 by music educators with the goal of understanding and meeting the needs common to all directors and their student groups. We believe that our festivals should be value driven events that allow directors and groups alike to feel that their festival or tour experience is well worth the time and money that their organizations expend.

We understand the challenges you face of being in front of an ensemble every day charged with the responsibility of recruiting, disciplining, inspiring, and celebrating the achievements of your students. We help build self worth by offering options whereby the students can learn and grow in an environment that is positive and appropriately challenging. We also strive to create the memories of a lifetime that will always be associated with their experience in the musical ensemble.

In dedicating ourselves to these goals, we join you the director as a partner in shaping lives with music, education, and fun. Together we can foster the success of your program for years to come
